Life anywhere else is completely non-productive and irrelevant! If I live in the PAST, it holds me captive. I am unable to be free from guilt, remorse, longings or fantasies. I blame others for my problems and I am a helpless victim!
If I live in the FUTURE, I never attain what I want. I will only have my unfulfilled dreams and anxious worries! I am also held captive in this place and am powerless over my life.
SOLUTION? I must live in the PRESENT because this is the only place where I can influence my future. It is only today and only right now that can make a decision to impact my life. I can be pro-active and make choices and decisions that will take me where I want to go.
