Thank you for your interest in this 10-Session Group Video-Conference Coaching Course. Before you register, please read the below policies. Please understand, that these policies are to create safety in our class and, in fact, are very similar to those in any successful relationship. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. IMPORTANT POLICIES – PLEASE READ!

Cancellations:

By registering for this course, you are making a commitment not only to yourself and your future relationship, but also to supporting others in this class. When you commit to this class, you are committing to the FULL 10-sessions. Therefore, full refunds are granted only for the following 3 reasons:

If I cancel the series;
If you cancel prior to the first day of class;
If after attending the first class, you are dissatisfied for any reason AND contact me in writing, within 24-hours of the class ending to explain your dissatisfaction.

Other than these situations, the fee is non-refundable. If you drop within the 24-hour period, without notifying me in writing with your reason, if you drop after the 24-hour period has expired, or if you “no-show” the first class, your fee is non-refundable.

If you have an unavoidable extenuating circumstance, such as becoming ill or experiencing a death in the family, I will credit your tuition towards my next class, if you inform me as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

The success of this class depends upon everyone’s participation! You will only get out of the class what you put into it. You are expected to commit to the full 10-week program after the initial class, attend ALL the classes, unless sick, be on time, do your homework and participate fully during each class. Honor yourself, your investment and your future relationship by taking this class seriously. CONFIDENTIALITY is imperative! In other words, what is said in the class, by way of participants’ names and personal information, STAYS in the class! Agreement to this principle is a REQUIREMENT for safety! You also understand that Carol cannot guarantee that participants will honor this rule.

Absences:

If you call or email me before noon on the day of class, stating why you must be absent, I will offer you ONE FREE private make-up session. After the first free make-up, future make-ups are charged at my regular private individual fee of $75/hour. If you “No Show” the class, the free makeup session does not apply. You may also purchase a package of private sessions for a lower per-session fee, if you feel you may miss more often or would like extra help. If you “No-Show” twice, your participation will be canceled. If you miss the first class, you will not be permitted to join the class later. Regular, on-time attendance is important to the success and safety of the class members. Please be respectful of this.

Releases:

You understand that this program is educational COACHING and NOT Psychotherapy. If you think you need a therapist, Carol will do her best to find an appropriate referral. You release Carol A. Anderson, MS, and any and all related institutions and/or individuals from any and all guarantees, responsibilities and/or promises, regarding the outcome of this program. You understand that you are solely responsible for the results of this program. You accept full responsibility for any change or decision now or ever made regarding the use of this material.

Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation letter outlining all the details of the Program.
