SCHEDULE:

LIGHT MEAL & MINGLE: Friday 5 – 6 pm

WORKSHOP: Friday, 9/16: 6-10 PM – Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

(OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL NIGHTS INCLUDED: Thursday, 9/15 & Sunday, 9/18)

OPTIONAL:Weather-permitting, kayak on or explore Shaver and/or Huntington Lakes, hike or camp at Dinkey Creek, ski or snow-board at China Peak Resort all day Thursday, 9/15 & Friday, 9/16 until 5, as well as Monday, 9/19 after check-out!  (Except in very rare cases, there is not usually snow in September.) If you want to camp before or after the workshop, please let me know and I will provide you info to make reservations.  If you are coming from out of the area and are interested in exploring Yosemite with other workshop members, please contact me. If you want to join others in these other activities, please let me know and I will put you in touch with each other.

*CANCELLATION POLICY…IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ!

Please understand that I am reserving a space for YOU. Canceling late may cause others not to be able to attend.  If I cancel the workshop, your fee will be fully refunded.  If you test positive with Covid within 10 days of the workshop, your fee will be fully refunded, as long as you provide a note from your Doctor, confirming your test results and/or Covid diagnosis and the date of your test on his/her prescription pad.

If you cancel before 7/16, for any other reason, your full fee will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.   If you cancel after 7/16 your fee is non-refundable, except in the cases described above.  However, I will refund you $100 for the courtesy of informing me prior to the workshop, that you are canceling.  As an alternative, you may donate your tuition to my Scholarship Fund, or to a friend who would like to attend in your place.

Finally,  if you no-show or leave early for ANY reason, the fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.

  • By registering for this workshop, you are agreeing to my Cancellation Policy, as stated above. PLEASE READ and CHECK the appropriate option below:

  • Check the discounts which apply to you. (Limit $100 total, after the Early-bird discount.)
  • If you are a KTLYF GRAD and want to use your BLUE manual from your previous workshop, your Grad discount will be $100. If you need or prefer a NEW manual, for any reason, please take the $50 Grad discount. (If your manual is white, it will no longer match the current workshop, so you will need a new manual.)
  • If you were approved by Carol for an additional discount or scholarship, please note that $ amount in the space below.

  • Accommodations are "first-come/first-served," based on availability, for up to 8 people and up to 4 nights. (Each selection displays how many beds are currently available. Additionally, for your comfort, Males & Females will not be combined in the any of the rooms.)

    I will also bring 2 high-quality Twin airbeds, with mattress pads, sheets & blankets to use as space permits. There is also space outside on the deck to place an airbed, but it will likely be cold at that time of year.

    If you choose a Living Room Sofa Bed, it might be more convenient to bring a sleeping bag so you don't have as much to put away in the morning before we begin. Same idea for the Airbeds.

    While you are encouraged to stay with the group in the house, a couple of local hotels may also be available for those who prefer more privacy. Staying in a hotel or commuting, however, will NOT reduce your fee.

  • Please check your food or beverage preferences from the list below and specify details at the bottom. I want to serve what you enjoy and prefer not to buy food or beverages nobody will eat. Thanks for being as specific as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you, but can't guarantee. I will bring bottled water, but have decided not to provide sodas, because there are so many different varieties and different preferences. Please plan to bring your own or purchase at a local store when you arrive. I prefer you NOT bring alcoholic beverages, unless you plan to drink them Sunday night. Please use the box at the bottom to specify your specific preferences.
  • Please specify any details you would like me to know about your food & beverage preferences, including coffee & tea preferences. Please be as specific as possible, so I won't buy food or beverages people won't consume.
  • Please share a little personal info about yourself, your current relationship situation and relationship history, as well as what you specifically would like to gain from attending. This is confidential between you and me, and will help me customize the workshop to meet your needs as much as possible!
